This work is part of the series of living natures and features a sheep walking alone through the field at sunset. The work is inspired by images from my own experience, from moments lived during my stays in the countryside during the summer season.

The technique used is mixed, and it has been worked with many materials and very agile and energetic brushstrokes to give nature an aspect of strength and power.

The background represents a countryside landscape at sunset that has been treated in a direct way both chromatically and technically, using brushes, palettes, papers... letting the paint drop, drip, mix... The sheep, protagonist of nature, is part of this landscape and integrates into it through color and brushstrokes.
