- Are the paintings framed?
No, unless expressly indicated next to the painting. Our philosophy is to keep it simple and focus on what we do best: reproductions of famous paintings. We are convinced that we currently produce the best hand-painted replicas on canvas in Spain.

- What are the payment options?
You can pay with MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. You can also pay with PayPal or bank transfer. In the final step of the purchase, you will find options to choose the one that is most convenient for you. We currently do not offer cash on delivery, but don't forget that we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

- Are TodoCuadros' oil paintings made by a machine?
No. All oil paintings are 100% hand-painted. No computerized, mechanical, or automated systems are used in their production. They are made by our team of artists, painted with brushes and oils on linen canvas.
- Can I order a painting that is not in the catalog?
Yes, here you can see examples of our custom paintings. Send us an email to info@todocuadros.com with the image of the painting you would like us to paint and the dimensions, we can paint almost any photograph. We will send you a quote as soon as possible, and the final price is directly related to the difficulty of painting the piece.
- Are the measurements of the paintings accurate?
Yes, the measurements indicated for each painting are quite accurate and maintain the correct proportion with the original artwork photo. Therefore, regardless of the size you choose, the canvas will always have the same height/width ratio.
- Will the paintings I buy from TodoCuadros look exactly like the ones shown on the website?
The images we show in the "Oil Reproductions" section are the original paintings. We strive to deliver paintings that are as faithfully reproduced as possible. Here you can see examples of our replicas.
- How will my painting be shipped?
The oil paintings are painted on canvas and packed in special packaging: a hard cardboard tube.
Framed original works are shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes to ensure that the painting is not damaged.
- Can I order my painting framed?
It depends, we only offer framed works for specific paintings, such as original works. You will find complete information next to each painting in the store.
- How can I place an order?
Choose the paintings you want to buy, add them to your shopping cart, and follow the steps indicated by the system. See a more detailed explanation about how to buy. If you still have questions, contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
- If I encounter a problem while submitting an order, should I repeat it?
If the purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirmation, and you can also check the status of your order in your TodoCuadros account. If you still have questions, contact us.
- What happens if I mistakenly place the same order twice?
Don't worry, as soon as we receive a duplicate order, we will contact the customer to arrange a full refund for one of them.
- Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, our money-back guarantee covers up to 30 days after you receive your order, allowing you to cancel at any time.

- Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
Yes, during the checkout process, you will be specifically asked for the address where you want your products to be sent, and this address can be the same or different from the billing address.
